What to expect
This 70min practice takes you on a journey utilising different techniques meant to stabilize your nervous system-decreasing feelings of anxiety and stress-as well as create space in your body and improve your mobility.
Each class will use movement, breath, and sound techniques to meet us where we are in our bodies and mind progressing in a way that make you feel successful in YOUR body- this class is made accessible to all levels, with modifications being offered throughout for those at the beginning of their yoga journey.
We start with a mindful flow connecting body & breath whilst harnessing your energy within, followed by deep release yin yoga and ending with a guided relaxation bathed in immersive, healing sounds
